Freshly equipped with a finance degree from the University of Washington, Flavius began his real estate investing journey in 2020 when he met Kekoa. After joining Team Kekoa, he contributed to the successful acquisition of over $100M in real estate for investors. During his time with Team Kekoa he gained experience in a variety of asset classes; ranging from small multifamily (2-4 units), medium multifamily (5+ units), large multifamily (150+ units), short-term rentals, single family homes, and senior living facilities.
Flavius has a natural desire to teach others and share the many benefits of real estate investing with those around him. As he continues on his journey of achieving financial freedom through real estate, he has made it a personal goal to help others reach financial success as well.
